A Class A, five-story office development and six-story attached parking garage located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The building sits at the off-ramp of 1-77, offering tremendous access to the city and is also situated within the thriving “24/7” West Morehead Corridor.

This development was through a joint venture between Northridge Capital and local partner, Insite Properties. The development offers an attractive blend of historic structures and new modernized features/finishes, and caters to companies and Millennial employees who prefer smaller office settings rather than skyscrapers and in an urban submarket close to Uptown Charlotte.

​​​​​​​Northridge Capital closed on the site in December 2016 and achieved strong pre-leasing activity during construction. The Project was completed in May 2019 with a strong tenant roster including Venture X, Torrent Consulting, CRG Workforce, VACO, Insite Properties, Pinnacle Bank, Hub Insurance, among others.
