A portfolio consisting of two five- and six-story Class A office buildings totaling over 302,000 square feet. The portfolio is located on 11.58 acres and is strategically located five miles northwest of the Phoenix central business district and situated within the heart of the I-17 Black Canyon Corridor. Portfolio offers large flexible floorplates and weighted average occupancy of 90% (at the time of purchase) to investment-grade tenants including; Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: CTSH), Liberty Mutual Insurance (S&P: A rated), and Ameriprise Financial (NYSE: AMP; S&P: A rated).
Northridge Capital acquired the portfolio in 2005 and sold the asset on behalf of investors in January 2020.
