55,107 square foot office building located in downtown Savannah. The 10-story corporate office building is well suited for tenants in finance, law, construction, or engineering sectors. The building was constructed in 1921 with historic renovations in 1980 and 2013.
​​​​​​​The tenant roster at time of acquisition included Ameris Bank, JE Dunn Construction, and Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc, among others. The property offered a steady cash flow yield to investors. Northridge Capital sold the asset on behalf of investors in 2023.
