About William
Chief Financial Officer
William Kincaid is the Chief Financial Officer for Northridge Capital and comes to us with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting within the commercial real estate industry. William is responsible for all financial controls and reporting for Northridge Capital and its portfolio, as well as manages lender relationships and tax compliance. Kincaid also oversees all budgeting and financial planning of the portfolio, including the company itself. Prior to Northridge, William was the Chief Financial Officer for Manna, Inc., directing and managing its corporate accounting team and overseeing all aspects of financing and accounting for the complex legal entities of Manna, Inc., Providence Construction, Manna Ventures, and various partnerships. William graduated from Frostburg State College with a B.S. in Accounting with additional Master’s level coursework completed at Frostburg.
