Managing Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets
Scott Barbee joined Northridge Capital in 2026 and leads acquisitions for the firm, playing a key role in shaping its investment strategy and growth initiatives. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting opportunities, structuring investments, and executing transactions from diligence through closing. He brings over 15 years of experience across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Northridge, Scott led Mid-Atlantic acquisitions at Lincoln Property Company, where he helped expand the firm’s investment platform and executed transactions across multiple asset classes, including office, industrial, medical office, and retail.
Scott previously held roles at Goldman Sachs Realty Management and Tishman Speyer. He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
