Nelson Ritchie

Nelson Ritchie is responsible for financial controls, financial reporting, lender relationships, tax compliance, human resources and other administrative matters. Prior to coming to Northridge, Nelson was the Director of Real Estate Accounting for The Meridian Group and has both private and public accounting experience, holding previous positions with Aronson and Company, CohenReznick and Clark Realty Capital, all in the Washington, DC area. A CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia, he has over 17 years of experience in audit and accounting. Nelson graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Accounting and earned his M.S. in Real Estate Development from George Mason University.
