Corporate Controller
Prior to joining Northridge, Josh served as Controller for Self Storage Plus Management LLC and Arcland Property Company, where he led accounting and financial reporting across a multi-entity real estate platform, with responsibility for portfolio-level reporting, capital activity, and accounting operations. Josh’s experience also includes roles at Fundrise and Deloitte, where he specialized in fund accounting, financial reporting, audit, and technical accounting within real estate and investment management. At Fundrise, he supported a platform with over $10 billion in AUM and complex fund structures, including interval funds, REITs, and private investment vehicles, as well as SEC reporting and compliance. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in Computer Information Systems, from James Madison University and is a licensed CPA in Virginia.
