About Haileab
Assistant Controller
Haileab Gebremariam is the assistant Controller at Northridge Capital with over eight years of experience in accounting and finance within the commercial real estate industry. He supports the firm’s accounting team in financial reporting, controlling, and planning. Prior to Northridge, Haileab was the Senior Project Accountant for Atlantic Realty managing the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash management needs for the various assets in its portfolio.
Haileab graduated with a double major in Finance and Risk management from the University of Colorado in Denver.
