Corporate Controller
David Stivaletta comes to Northridge with over 25+ years of experience in finance and accounting in the commercial real estate industry. David is responsible for monthly financial reporting for each of the assets held within the company’s portfolio, assisting in the oversight of investor distributions, management, and execution of annual audit processes, as well as assisting in the oversight and process of all internal accounting functions needed for Northridge Capital. Prior to joining Northridge, David held senior level finance and accounting positions at various commercial real estate firms including, Foulger-Pratt, EJF Real Estate Services, American Real Estate Partners, and Clark Enterprises. While a majority of David’s finance career has been concentrated in the commercial office and retail space, he also held finance and accounting positions for powerhouses in the Hospitality sector in early 2000; Interstate Hotels & Resorts (now part of Aimbridge Hospitality) and Marriott International, Inc. David received his Bachelor of Administration from Loyola College’s S.J. School of Business and Management in Baltimore, MD, as well as, his CPA license from the state of Maryland.
