About Brian
Managing Director, Investments & Asset Management
Brian Adams is responsible for leading acquisitions and asset management for Northridge Capital. With over 20 years of industry experience, he oversees all aspects of leasing, property operations and asset management, new deal acquisitions and debt refinancings all with the goal of ensuring optimal performance and value creation on behalf of investors and their investments. Prior to Northridge, Brian led all asset management and acquisitions efforts for KIK Investments and its affiliate company, Resolution Capitol Management. Brian has held positions at First Potomac Realty Trust, NAI KLNB and GVA Advantis. Brian graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics and earned his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
