Director, Asset Management & Operations
Alexander Jackson is a Director at Northridge Capital and has been with the firm since 2019. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and plays an integral role in both new acquisitions and the ongoing asset management of the firm’s existing portfolio. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis, capital expenditure oversight, lease analysis and negotiations, and working closely in partnership with local property management teams to oversee asset performance and provide support where needed.
Prior to joining Northridge, Alexander served as a Senior Associate at American Real Estate Partners (AREP), a Washington, DC–based institutional fund manager and operating partner. In this role, he was actively involved in daily asset management responsibilities, including oversight into investor distribution schedules for the fund. Alexander graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2011 and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
